Amy Dennis joined our staff in 2007. As Coordinator of Volunteer Ministries, she connects members to one another through their service in ministry areas throughout the church. In her role as Membership Care Coordinator, she supports our members through small groups such as the Church Council and Caring Ministries. As office staff, she supports staff members, ministry leaders, and maintains membership records and reports.
Prior to joining the staff, Amy worked in corporate and small business environments where she has experience in career counseling, project management, training, marketing and customer service. She has a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.
Amy is married to Dan, an elementary teacher. God revealed His plan for their family in July 2007, when Dan and Amy met Ari, their son, adopted in 2008. Together, they enjoy supporting Ari in sports and school activities, watching Detroit Tigers baseball games, being with their pets, learning, and traveling to spending time with family. Amy also has a passion for animals and volunteers for events benefiting the Bay Area Humane Society.
